Hill Coffee Pomelo : Arabica coffee beans sourced from the hill tribes in Northern Thailand are ground with cacao beans to make an elegant 70% dark chocolate. Candied pomelo peal are added for a sweet citrus burst.

The chocolate is hand crafted by the local artisanal chocolate maker Siamaya Chocolate, who has won several international chocolate awards by using only premium ingredients and creating exciting and novel Thai flavored chocolates.
