Uncle Lemon

In a small shed next to his house in Baan Tawai, Uncle Lemon is hammering, drilling and chipping away on heaps of rectangular wooden blocks. These unassuming bricks are turned into beautiful kitchen utensils in his skillful hands: the larger blocks are shaped into lemon presses, and the smaller ones into lime presses.

These presses, either the small one or the larger one, are unique tools for your home bar, or in your kitchen. Their deceivingly simple design hides a very efficient way to squeeze that last drop of juice from your yellow and green citrus fruits. Don’t use the plastic presses anymore, but go for these all-natural kitchen tools.
