Our Shipment & Delivery
Our goal is to have your ordered product arrive at your doorstep in the shortest time possible. However it is essential to know that each item in our shop has a unique story behind it that creates an experience of owning handmade items that are specially made for you.
So sometimes production time might take a bit longer than expected. We do have items in stock, but please bear in mind that all our products are exclusively produced within our communities by local artisans, with thoroughly sourced or produced materials or ingredients. Also our artisans strive to keep some stock, but many prefer to create your desired item made to order as one of a kind!
Surely we will keep you up to date with the process of your order in case of delays and we are confident that your patience will pay off.
For a reliable delivery of your product, we use a variety of logistics providers that cover each remote corner of Thailand. Although under normal circumstances we would guarantee a ‘next day delivery’ for the country’s main destinations (once the product has arrived at the logistics center), this is not possible anymore due to stringent Covid measures. All our logistics partners have to comply with all new pandemic-related health and safety rules which does have an impact on delivery times.
At the moment we only deliver within Thailand. Again due to the current situation, international shipments of our relatively inexpensive products are so expensive that we have decided to postpone the international roll-out of our shop.
